Fused glass workshops are offered on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday to make a reservation.
Northwood Glass Art and Gifts was established in 2008 at Northwood Village in West Palm Beach. The owner, Karen Campbell, has worked in glass part time for more than 20 years. She started in stained glass and for the last 20 years in fused glass. After exhausting local knowledge, she studied with national figures such as Brad and Jan Walker, Richard LaLonde, Phil Teefy and many others. Upon retiring from her career, she started selling her jewelry and other glass products at local shows. While selling as a vendor at Northwood Village, she had the opportunity to open her own store. In addition to her glass work, other artists were also given the opportunity to sell their crafts. This gives the store an eclectic selection of art and collectibles.
