Project Description

Located on the west end of Northwood Village, this 3.7-acre mixed-use development will house 350 residential units and approximately 60,000 square feet of commercial space. This CRA and Immocorp Capital project will include a 10,000 square foot public plaza. Northwood has an excellent scenery of Art Galleries and restaurants attracting residents from Palm Beach Island and downtown WPB. The project is scheduled to be delivered by the 2nd quarter of 2024.

Goal

To bring businesses, residents, and activity to the community along with additional parking for Northwood Village patrons.
