Project Description

Affiliated Development has received site plan approval for this new 8-story housing project with 270 units. It will also feature a parking garage, rooftop pool, a sports bar-themed “pub room,” a fitness center, a pickleball court and a dog park. The project is expected to break ground Fall of 2023.

Goal

Provide residential housing, including 80 affordable housing units, in this up-and-coming community.
